The Kennedy-Warren is one of the world’s most outstanding examples of Aztec Art Deco apartment architecture. The six-foot griffins destroyed by lightning in the 1960s have been recast and replaced in their original locations. Furthermore, the majestic aluminum accents that made interior design history in the 1930s have been duplicated for the exterior and interior of the grand new wing.
